By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our (5) SALON POLICIES

– CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If not deposit will NOT be refunded.

– EXTRA PEOPLE

Do to our restricted area we don’t allow extra people unless that person has an appointment.

– NO-PETS POLICY

The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that NO PETS ARE ALLOWED in a salon at any time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for everyone at the salon.

CLASSES POLICIES

WHEN YOU BOOK FOR A CLASS YOU AGREE WITH OUR (5) CLASSES POLICIES

– CONFIRMATION: When you book a class one of our team members will reach out to you to confirm the booking and to proceed with the deposit. If we don’t receive an answer within 24 hours the class will be canceled.

– THE DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE ONLY WITH MORE THAN 3 DAYS (72 HOURS) OF CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE NOTICE

– CANCELATION OR RESCHEDULE: Do to the amount of time that is scheduled for a student, to reschedule or cancel it must be within 3 day (72 hours) before the class day. If a student doesn’t follow this policy they will lose a 50% of the deposit payment.

– NO EXTRA PEOPLE: We don’t allow extra people to any type of classes.

– COMPLETE PAYMENT: One of our team members will reach out to you 2 days before the class to complete the payment. If we don’t receive an answer within 24 hours the class will be canceled and the student will lose a 50% of the deposit payment.
